is the 16gb internal memory just for apps?

i was wondering is there any way to use the 16gb of memory installed for something else than app installations. because when you mount to the computer the only thing that pops up is the memory card you have inserted.

Not a good look OP

... Evo doesn't have 16GB built in... Then you could load the entire Android market onto your phone...

where in the world did you get that info? it has 1gb of device memory and comes with an 8gb storage card.

ahh man bragging about something that is incorrect is the worse, your gonna lose your street cred dude! i dont even think the pre release specs talked about 16gb just the expandable memory up to 32gb.. you got the phone confused with the itouch.. stick with the pre release idea though, unless your homies are on the top of their game they will never know the difference, cant lose that street cred
