depends.. new customer? 199 from sprint/bestbuy/radio shack
customer w/ no upgrades? sprint 449/bb 599?/ rs 499.

varies depending on your upgrade status.

then you have to factor in 10/mo for 'premium data' and 30/mo if you want the hotspot.
