i have gotten three emails from RS since i pre ordered my phone and none mentioned the $10 coupon u are speaking of .. i did fill out survey and did get the $20 Gift card ... i was told that i can not use the gift card toward the purchase of the phone but i am able to use the survey coupon towards the purchase of the phone.

what did the email look like for the extra $10 off

The survey at the end of your receipt was for a $10 off $40 purchase. Jury is still out if they wil take it towards the purchase price of the phone or not. $20 gift card is given to you after you pick up the phone and cannot be used towards the purchase price of the phone. Haven't got the email for the $10 off coupon.

i have no idea what the time frame is for receiving the coupon after doing the survey. as for what it looks like the one's i've seen look like a plain text email that had a barcode, people usually just print the whole email and bring it in, i even keyed one into the computer from a guy's phone
