Sero? 1 year upgrade?

I was recently kick of a third party plan for $20 dollar a month, that consist of 3000 min, N&W @ 7 & unlimited data usage! After 3 1/2 year they caught up to me while not employed for the third party company. I'm new to this Sero stuff? Now that they found me they kick me off that previous plan and place me on a 59.99 sero plan with 25% additional off. the rep said I should not have gotten the additional 25% but I do. I didn't ask for it nor will I complain! My question is now that I'm on the sero plan, I'm I eligible for the yearly upgrade (premier customer)?
