Froyo Hotstop and $10

So I guess there was a method to the madness that is Sprint and making the $10 mandatory on the Evo. Im sure they knew Froyo was coming and going to include the hotspot so I would say that the uncapping of the data plan is worth it. Im hoping Sprint doesnt exclude the hotspot app from Froyo. Ohhh this phone cant come soon enough.

Sprint will disable this functionality no doubt. Otherwise why even bother charging for the Hotspot now. Just like they disabled Tethering on every phone that has it built in. Once it is rooted though someone will get it working for free

I have been thinking the same thing.. Sprint will probably disable FroYo's native hotspot app in favor of their own which sucks.. Sounds like something "Big Red" would do...
