Can someone explain to me the purpose of buying the evo full price?

For real... When I was in contract I had a big issue and I emailed some very top people and they all told me literately "If you dont like our service you can pay the ETF to get out of your contract." I was like wow really...lol

I can't even blame them becouse here it is 15 years and Im still with them. Those asses know I'm not leaving. I wounder if they do anything special for 20 year cusomers?????? Lol

Your not leaving lol try to go to Verizon or another carrier. Higher prices for the same things Sprints already giving you. And there customer service is just as bad. Yeah people have good experiences with Verizons customer service or another carriers customer service but heck in the almost 10 years I have been with Sprint I have had some good service too. The good just dosnt out way all the bad that comes with all the carriers lol.
