Yeah, unfortunatly thats when I can upgrade...I really don't want to pay full retail price for the phone, so since I'm and most others are on the Sprint Premier deal...I'll have the $150 credit towards the Evo 4G and be at my 1 year...Yeah I know it sucks, but atleast that will give the phone some time to die down...and maybe, just maybe be in stock frequently when I am able to buy it. My Touch Pro 2 is doing fine for the time being. "cross fingers".....

waiting for that might not be a bad idea. i think one month i used up 2GB and i guarantee a good 90% of that was from thethering. i use it all time, at school and at work. i only fear that by the time im ready to actually get one that it would be near impossible to find

I am sure PDAnet will work fine in meantime, so waiting for root is not important to me. We've waited for about 2 months for HardSPL on Touch Pro 2's so I guess I am used to waiting.

I think if you live in a 4g area it will be worth it on THIS phone.

If you got a new phone and are just "playing with it" I suggest you wait to see what Samsung has in store for their 4G phone..and you never know by then you may have 4G in your area
