Man, sero plans bring up alot of emotions! when i signed up for sero right b4 the 700wx dropped i didnt know i would have 2 give up the plan 1 day! (guess i didnt read da fine print!) either way long as its something thats worth it, wat the hell! everything else since then just wasnt sexy enuff to give up a dirt cheap plan 4, like everyone else i'll try 2 find a way around then if not oh well. sprint giveth and sprint taketh away. lol.

The posters on this board who work for Sprint are exactly why it's doing so poorly. You are clearly out of touch with reality if you think anyone is going stick around after having to deal with morons like you.

By the way, we all appreciate your smugness -- clearly we aren't all qualified to work as cashiers at cell phone stores.

I, along with many other people here, are ecstatic that you will be out of a job by the end of the year and your joke of a company will be gone for good.

I for one get along with and enjoy sprint's customer service, and sprint isn't doing as badly as everyone thinks and yes they're having problems but i doubt the company is going under any time soon
but then again i'm a reasonable person that believes in fairness for both customers and business so what do I know

couple other things, if sprint sucks so bad why are you using what i assume to be their service since you list your carrier as 's'

and if you happen to ever read this i hope your company down sizes and youre the first out on your ass and you lose everything you've worked hard for
i don't care if you agree with a company or not its a real douche bag thing to wish that on someone

No, none of the "everything data" required phones can do this.

I'm in the same boat. I'm on the good ol Fair and Flex 800 plan and I love it. I really wanted to get the Evo but I don't see paying 60 more a month to get it. Maybe if they gave me a heavy discount I would think about switching. Or maybe if they would offer maybe a 900 minute plan for say 100 bucks. I have no need for 1500 minutes. I barely use 600 minutes on the shared plan i have now....

Re: I understand sprint is loosing money on the sero plans. if we bought EVO, Nexus1.

my .02 is that this fone is worth leavin sero for, and it's really illogical to think that you would be able to get every phone on a plan that wasn't offered to the masses, yes I know its 30 bucks but you can't even think thats a realistic price to be paying monthly for a phone bill, so basically if ya wanna switch to the latest and greatest you gonna have to pay what the majority of what the customers pay...i mean you still get a 25% discount if ya know the right thread ;-)

You realize you can get a 1600 minutes everything data plan for $110, right?

Re: I understand sprint is loosing money on the sero plans. if we bought EVO, Nexus1.

I just dropped my $30 F&F500 with unlimited data, picked up EDP450 + $10/24 & now I can use my corp discount which was denied because my other plan was "already very discounted". It was a great ride while it lasted (5 yrs) and I'm definitely not going to biach and whine.

BUt NOW can I have my Evo? :evil3: :)

2. Out of touch is complaining that a company who happens to have a marketable product cant make a profit. Why not buy stock its under "S" in NYSE $4.50 i think. End of quarter report just came out and its all good.

I got my 20/24 (when it was available) by calling up retentions and telling them I was thinking up leaving and heard about the 20/24 deal. Keep in mind I was still in contract for about another 7 months or so when I called 6.

The fact that your a ten yr customer should help.

as we all know Sprint is currently hurting and if i'm not mistaken i don't think theyve made profit in a couple of years, so i think that means none of our payments are profit technically.

ouch shot at sprint their hahaha but so true. and to be honest I dont understand why..

Cheapest around
decent line of phones (even if thier old now)
great customer service now

even their coverage has gotten ALOT better and roaming agreements with other CDMA carriers means at least you get voice and dialup data speeds. If dan hesse would learn how sprint off( and remove him self from the commericals) sprint could be alot better off. I wish i coudl work for sprint and market for them.. evo would be out we'd be releasing ONE good smart phone a month. Though I wish sprint had a lower family everything data plan like a 1000 minute since the any mobile anytime.

I don't know why either, I can't understand why people pay so much to verizon, i've been wondering this for years now. Maybe if they're in an area where sprint just gets no service then i understand but the majority of people i can't figure it out.

me neihter I have a friend that has Verzion he has 5 lines paids about 380 a month. I have 5 lines pad now 175 a month I am not sure his plan but I have the everything data 1600 plan and he tells me how great verzion in and I am like "whats so great? honestly... the droid is okay the eris is the retarded version of the hero, the incredible is nice but evo is better" and he looked at me with a blank look and said he wasnt sure why but the coverage and going by where he travels sprint is available EVERYWHERE he goes. It seems people forget about sprint sometimes.

Re: I understand sprint is loosing money on the sero plans. if we bought EVO, Nexus1.

Going back to that SERO plan thread (now paying $35x2); that's what I like about my 6800! Plus I have that nice bezel around the screen that will not allow, unlike touch phones, the screen to break the first of many drops! I also still love the hard buttons in one hand.
I don't like touch('s) for a one handed person.
Any improvements?
