yet again sprint is the last company to release a phone with a 1ghz processor...the wait seems like its for ever another month and days lol...after the HD2 and incredible being out way way before evo by that time evo is released it wont be a big deal

of course i will be getting as soon as it comes out.....am pretty happy with my tp2 but hopefully less lag and freezes and the 4.3 screen sold me.........but so many people going to be lock in with a contract from the hd2, nexus and incredible that sprint will not get as many new costumers as they could have .........plus all this people that going to be waiting on the iphone.....come on june get here lol

This is pretty much what I KNEW would happen...leave it to sprint. Verizon announces a phone, debuts it and its up for sale the same month. And I know some will come with the "but the evo has more features" argument but the bottom line is Sprint is just SLOW when it comes to this type of thing.

Sprint so needs to do a better job of getting this phone out. Yet to even see it pass FCC and whenit does, they need to get it in peoples hands. I will be buying 2 on day one, lets go! Any future delay and I ight just keep my Pre until Palm brings another phone to market and the Mrs can keep her Hero due to 2.1 coming out.

you wont see the fcc passing through to after release like the pre sprint probobly paid the FCC fee to keep it from going public for a certain amount of time... or did what apple did and used a dummy company...

funny thing about the 1ghz phones is all the carriers but sprint have them but AT&T no longer sells thiers that lg expo not sure why though.

if sprint would have been the first to get a 4.3 inch screen phone with 8 mega pixel and 1ghz so many people would have come over but now u really would need to think about it.....always last to get updates they take too much time putting in sprint music store and tv and bla bla.......everyone else in the world has android 2.0 atleast sprint dont lol months later they update tp2 to 6.5 .........come on sprint people in this country like things fast, and now........i see people at mcdonals complaning about waiting 2 minutes for their foods lol........we so pushy.......but rule no.1 get people what they want and fast......tp2 o verizon as little as 80 bucks for new people and 299 at sprint.com

hd2 was $149 at radioshack first day it came out, am 100% sure the evo wont be this low

I personally would rather that Sprint take their time and put out a quality product than rush and put out one with a bunch of hardware/software bugs. Sure, there will be issues with the software, there always are, but I would rather have less than more.
