Thats the one I was looking at using. I like the time/date/temp etc. below the clock. Black clocks are the easiest to make. You just open the png's in any art software and hit invert colors. No photoshop skills perse are neccessary.

It can't be uninstalled, but you can flash the stock weather clock back through the same process. I have it in my dropbox, here's the link:

I flashed the simple black clock from my SD using Quick Boot and it says installation aborted. The clock isn't there..any thoughts?

What ROM are you on. It wouldn't flash for me at first either. If you use the latest RA recovery there is an option in there to toggle verification. If you select that it ought to flash.
