I recently flash fresh newest Rom vers 9/3 from previously having virusxrom aug30 is there anyway I can keep my virusxrom theme but but have fresh rom setup?

nope... it's always best to try and find a theme for your ROM..

I tried extractin the Rom found the HTC clock apk and etc I tried zipping it back up and flashing it but it didn't work

because it's not just a file zipped up, it's a file zipped up with 2 different folders usually inside of the zip, with several different files in each folder...

Yup, either find a theme you like that can be used on the rom of your choice, or find a rom you really like in stock/custom form.
