Even searching for those terms comes up with a bunch of different changers including Boot Animation Changer pro (I forgot the word Changer, in the original post, but still didn't prevent me from finding this application in my list of search results):

Self-education is the best way to go. Everyone here is going to fall all over themselves to help but not if we realize that none of that is being done by the people asking the questions. We're all learning too, but at least we're willing to search first.

I was being a little too literal in my search parameters. I found it. Although on the Market it's called Boot Animation but after you download it it's called Boot Animation Changer LITE.

I have actually heard of Google.
