I called around and found my new Evo 4g lte at a Walmart about 40 miles away. Ask for cell phone dept.and ask if they carry sprint contract phones. This store has had just this one in stock for 2 days. Salesman said he'd hold it for me. $158.00 SWEET PHONE!
