Never done the bleeding edge before but I preordered today. My Touch Pro 2 exhibited the voice activation glitch when I reentered my home Sprint area from no service. TP2 in desk drawer soon.

It took 2 days and 20+ soft resets to clear.

Employee Accounts from Sprint (Central America) said May 17 to 21, right. He also said they are slammed today, probably.

Should have ordered it from Best Buy $50 card + 12 free shipping + $13 more tax + reward points. Grrrrr.
Sprint wouldn't/couldnt cancel the order.

I'm trying to wait to reserve mine with BestBuy but tempted to just go with Sprint to be safe. How does Sprint's process work? I have been going thru BestBuy for the last 4+ years

I ordered mine from Best Buy. I ordered 2. I added the expedited shipping for $4.99. I wonder if it is actually any faster though. I typically get my phones from insurance overnight for free. I can't imagine it will be any faster, but for $5.00 I don't mind finding out.

Just called and preordered with BestBuy. A little nervous because I've never did it over the phone, but the girl remembered me from me coming in yesterday trying to preorder and I have an email confirmation so I should be good.

They're offering a $50 gift card with upgrade to Evo 4G LTE too!

Yeah, the problem I have with the card is it cannot be applied to this purchase. I cannot think of 1 item in Best Buy that I want or need. Their prices aren't good when comparing online and their customer service is sub-par at best. Their sales staff is typically less than knowledgeable.

I am going to try and sell my 2 gift cards on CL for $40 each. I did buy a sound bar from them that was decent, it was on closeout. It started cutting in and out and had to go back. Unfortunately they couldn't get me another.

I love my Zagg screen shields, it has served me well for the 2 years since its install on my Oirg Evo 4G. They sell them @ BBY and will install them too. So that is where mine will be going.
