Please note a couple of things while you look at the photos. -I am using a Seidio Innocase (white)
-the "clasps" are lined with foam...so the phone can be "pinched" with pressure to keep it in place
-the button on the back side of the "cradle" releases the clasps for easy removal
-this mount's setup eliminates the need for a separate car charger
