Lots of hardware devs for them phones because people willing to dish out the cash for them. That bumper looks sweet..

If you encase your device in aluminum, won't it retain heat and thereby overheat and also reduce the battery life of your device?

Actually the opposite would happen, the heat would transfer to the aluminum and dissipate quicker acting like heat sinks..

Those are pretty sweet!!! Doubt we'll see them for the EVO though, due to it's design... The iPhone is square shaped and I'm sure much easier to design a case like this for...

Also, I don't think with would add much shock absorbsion when it comes to a drop... "Ooops, I shattered the screen but look.... no scratches!!!"

am I the only one who thinks it looks like shit? That is a garish looking logo and odd silhouette. Seriously? After the first 3 vapors you'd think they would have done something with the logo so that port does not look like out was designed by a 4th grader.
