HTC Branded 2150 mAh Battery??

I have seen one for the Incredible, as well as the TP2. I was wondering if anyone knows if these are compatible with our phones or if an EVO specific one is in the pipes. I also saw that the 2150mah battery was one of the few batteries on Battery Boss to get the true mah rating they advertised. Personally, I would love to stick with a stock battery size, but if I have to ugly this thing up a little to make it EXTREMELY useful ( currently, I would only say it is useful, since full use of the device will kill it in an hour or 2 ).

Anyway just asking the question and adding my two cents.

LOL, the site claims you have to buy a new battery back, which means if that's true it won't be compatible (the back door that is) with the back of the Evo. Plus, they're SELLING the back of the battery door for an additional $17.95 (+shipping and tax I assume).

The cojones on these people. I mean really sell us a battery, but don't charge and additional $18 just for the door.

You could just use a silicone case and some rubber bands....:laughing6:

I dont think it comes in sizes. I believe its only stock and jumbo. That would require "slightly larger than stock but not quite a medium". That would be an ideal size for all those that refuse to do the 3500.

Ugh. I would entertain larger batteries if I didn't think the Evo was the best looking phone out there. The thought of camel humping my Evo's sexy lines doesn't sound good to me.

(And the fact that I already have a Seidio case)....

if your in the car plug it in, if your at the office plug it into the computer, I mean really you could get a full day off hard use with a good overnight charge and a few quick charges in between. I only plug mine in overnight it shut off on me one time since I owned it. Its easily the worst phone as far as batterie power that I have owned but with some tricks you can get this thing lasting all day even with some serious use

I'm a pretty heavy user and I get a full day of use out of mine by turning off GPS and Data when I'm not using them.
