I am sure there isn't a specific policy but they have every right to hold merchandise for a particular day which is tomorrow. Its no different than any other retailer that may have a product on sale on a specific day. They may hold stock for weeks prior to that so they can satisfy most of their customers on the day that the customers expect to have that merchandise. I mean personally when I go to get my evos in the morning, if they tell me they sold out of accessories because they were selling them earlier in the week then I will be mad as hell.

we could not sell or show customers anything to do with the evo before launch with out chancing our jobs. sucks he was rude to you, probably was asked that question all day and was frustrated because he couldn't sell it lol.

I got skins in 2 days before launch date and I was selling them to whoever asked for them. I did not want to turn away customers
