Help...My evo3d says no update available....

Yesterday morning I got a notice on the phone saying there is a software update available. I choose not to install it at the time because I was busy. Now I would like to do the update but it says my phone is up to date already. My software is still 1.13.651.7. WTF????

just pull the battery or reset it and try again

It is not rooted and I have pulled the battery. still nothing.

You can download the ruu and run it from your PC with your phone connected. It wipes your phone, so back things up if you go that route.

Hey guys, I am rooted running custom rom, can I update my phone? I got the message but hit no also.

just download updated rom from your favorite cook

Try shutting off wi-fi and checking for update over 3G. Once you get update message turn wi-fi backon. I have had the same problem with updates before.
