How the hell do I play videos???

I created video in Handbrake and the damn things won't play! Do I need some other video player? And if so what? Because the one on Sprint phone sure won't play them!

What format did you put it in? Someone on here recommended .MKV but the vid player will not play those, not on my phone at least. I changed them to .mp4 and they play fine tho, 2D and 3D.

I chose ipod legacy as one document stated to use.

I had trouble with hand brake and don't recommend it.

Also, I hear dice player plays everything.

imo vplayer is best out, its like vlc for pc and plays anything and here is free trial.

Thanks for this Darren. While it might not play 3D videos--I haven't tried--it is wonderful for everything else I want to play, even browsing to network storage and playing videos directly from the network folder it played just like I had the video on the Evo 3D itself. Other video players that play the variety of formats I was looking for had some stuttering here and there. I am happy you posted this player.

vplayer rocks. I find it to be better than rockplayer. Also, recently switched to moboplayer and it works really well. Good luck.

What Android player would play 95% of any format?

I am looking for something like K-lite Codec for Android.

Thanks Nikkobenson on how to convert. Handbrake did not work with subtitles at all.
