Skype and Eveo 3d
does the hacked Skype version ( the one that lets you make calls over 3g,4g NOT just wifi)
does that work on the evo 3d? i use this a lot on my htc touch pro 2 AND ITS ONLY thing holding me back..

You don't need to use a "hacked" version. Use the UK version and turn off your GPS before you load the program.

I think the newest Skype allows it over 3/4G anyway.

I just installed the new version, and you don't have to do the GPS trick. Installation failed 3 times. Had to uninstall the old version first (kept the APK on the SD card though just in case). Voice chat to a PC works fine over 3G. Still no video chat though :/

Video chat works, just get the modified version from xda, I installed it and it works just fine over 4G, I haven't attempted to do video over 3G tho. But the modified version allows other phones then the ones listed to use both cams on the 3D.

Just got the new patched skype apk from xda and i can confirm video chat works with EVO 3D on 4G and on 3G.
