Not going well They are really claiming that the Sero-P plan doesnt exist. And I need a number of someone who has it to verify it exists.... any brave volunteers?

UPDATE:
They were very cooperative but they're claiming my plan at 59.99 (Everything Plus Premiere i believe she called it) is the cheapest plan they have available and she "sees very few people with it". She says that they dont know any other plans. They are going to call me back in 2.5 hours to see if I could gather any more info on the Sero-P plan that they are claiming doesn't exist.

Could you guys give me as much info you have about this plan. My understanding is it is an updated version of the OG Sero plan that allows you to utilize the newer handsets. This is with additional charges of $10 for the "premiere status/access to newer phones and $10 more for Premium Data (4G). Is this correct?

I am currently on Everything plus 500 ("Premiere"?). I wonder if they could just drop to 300 and get my price point closer to the $50/month you guys mentioned....

If all fails, just ask your dad to call and clone his account and are able to get the SERO plan. It might be you have to pay your dad since u are in his account now. In any case, those CSR tell you the wrong thing. SERO is still around except now its called the Sero Premium.

Why do they need a number? Just to compare accounts? I can send you mine if it turns out they're still asking for it and you think it'll help you out.

As long as we're sure they're not going to be screwing around with my account, hah.

Thanks for the offer I will continue to try to negotiate with them without a number as much as possible I just can't see how they'd need a number. I think missed their call so I'll have to call back later.
