Seems the website is down right now.. any other ideas?

I called last friday, Telesales rep told me that the earliest the Evo 3d would be avail would be on the 23rd thru Sprint.com only for Gold Premier Account holders. I also called today about the same issue, the Rep said that the Evo 3D will be on sale on the 24th and not any earlier regardless of account status. Im confused, do some reps know more and others just dont know squat and just give a scripted generic answer?

Argh... Still down. I have Premier Gold and I've not received any emails or anything although there are some folks that have actually ordered a couple hours ago before the site went down...

The posted link does resolve now, but it does not appear to resolve to anything other than the normal store site.

Hahaha, I checked my email and DID finally get an email. Tried to do it, and it told me I couldn't because I'm in a Shentel network area. I hate Sprint so much sometimes.

so what is the verdict, is telesales selling these things to proper customers right now or not?

I actually just ended up putting in a dummy zip code at the beginning of the process, and then it let me proceed to order (put in the correct zip at the end.) We'll see what happens - knowing my luck with Sprint I'll get a call soon saying something went horribly wrong with the order.

just finished my online order, it was so easy. I was on the phone with telesales at the same time and the lady on the phone said that she did not have that phone in stock yet, perhaps Friday. She tried checking Sprint.com and she said that the site had just crashed due to rush. Anyway, my EVO 3D is on its way ! !

Now back to sleep

apparently Telesales does not have the 3D in their system i tried placing an order last nite and this morning, and nothing after trying online again....once i got off the phone i decided to try online again and i went thru the Engadget link that led you to the Community Board on Sprint, and was able to successfully process my order, but i screwed up my e-mail addy so i have to keep the confirmation # to track my order, and i definitely called again to see if i could bump up the shipping to overnite, but failed to do so over there phone so i guess we're getting out phones earliest Thursday or Friday right on time with everyone else on the 24th....so much for Premier status....

**sidenote they also told me that if they have the phone in a corporate store they can validate your premier status and you can walk out with your phone....i highly doubt that, but i'll give it a try during lunch today with a few stores in the midtown area....good luck to everyone else tryna get thru
