Let me ask you a question, what are the differences between the cleanrom 2.5 kernel and the kernels used in this one?

Yeah, 18 hours at 50% is damn good! Thats about a day and a half on a full charge. lol. Some people would kill to get that level of battery performance! But that's about what I get too.

If I were you I would run at 1.62GHZ. Your not going to notice much more battery drain but will get a nice little bump on performance.
