[ROM] 8/27 - Stock Rooted 2.08.651.2 - With latest HTC OTA (8/26/2011)
 

Here is the plain vanilla stock ROM, deodexed and rooted by yours truly from the official Sprint 2.08.651.2 RUU leaked by football!

This is ROM only. It will not affect your boot loader, radios, or S-OFF. Flash in recovery like any other custom ROM.

Notes on the ROM

Current task bar mods dont seem to work properly with this ROM. They must have changed something in framework.

They added sound to the weather animations!

New kernels so DO NOT FLASH CURRENT KERNELS!

Yep, just flashed back to 1.13 and no sound. Not sure what you were hearing but...

I just flashed back to official HTC RUU for 1.13....

I swear I am not hearing it! Do you have to turn it on somehow?

scrosler i agree with the framework i gotta drill through it to redo mine. but have you noticed the current 3D home and unlocked hotspot wont show up when cooked. they did something with that too. grrr you find out anything hit me a pm please.

Im sure we will have patches for this real soon. If I at work I would be working on it right now.... lol! 2 more hours and I can tear this BIOTCH apart.

But back to a previous note... I stilldont have any sound on the weather animations? Are you sure that wasnt an add on or a setting somewhere? I looked all over the 1.13 ROM and its nothing I can reproduce.

TO clarify, the sound I am talking about is when you first unlock the phone and rosie does her spinning trick and then the weather gets displayed... With the new ROM it makes this pleasant sound like "laaaaaaaaaaaa"

With 1.13 I cant get it to do that.
