are u talking about the "recent apps" in the pull down screen? if so, I believe it's normal to be blank on a fresh reboot, since those are apps you have recently used, and on a fresh boot, there hasn't been any apps ran.

No, actually what I'm referring to is when you click on "all apps" on the center bottom of the homescreen... you have three choices to display on the bottom of the app drawer: All Apps (squares icon), Frequent (star icon), Download (arrow in circle icon). Back in the day when I first got my evo 3D it would save the apps shown in here on reboot (with the exception being apps would disappear when updated via the market) but as far as I can remember this has never worked with any of the custom roms I've tried. I'm not sure if this is just an issue or if the file that saves this got corrupted on my phone. Although I've done a wipe and restore using Titanium and the problem still persists, so if it's an issue with just me, whatever is causing it was re-introduced by something that TI restored.

I'm looking forward to the next build, and now that MMS is working I'm going to be all over it... no going back :)
