I am using a modified stock kernel from Freeza.....honestly I couldn't tell you what custom kernel would play nice, I haven't tested any of them

3G Mobile Hotspot is unlocked for me but cannot use 4G Mobile Hotspot - 4G connection simply shuts off and reverts to 3G whenever I turn on the Mobile Hotspot option. are u using the sprint hotspot app or Wifi Tether? I don't have 4g in my city, so I don't use it much but I was under the impression that hotspot only worked for 3g.....anytime I tether, I use Wifi Tether.

I use the stock Hotspot widget to use the hotspot for free in 3G mode. It simply does not work in 4G mode.

Just saw that the upcoming version of Fresh Rom has the "3D effect" (you know when you switch between screens) removed from the Rom and it says it provides significant improvements. I've been wanting to remove that from day one and especially do now that I know there are performance boosts associated with it (as I suspected). Is there anyway this could be done as a mod to this rom?

Zsl is supported in the kernel, not the ROM. The Anthrax kernel supports it in some versions.

for those that do not want to wipe /data, open the zip using 7zip or WinRAR, go to this folder:

OMJ_EVO_3D_2.3.4_GB_Custom_deodexed_v2.5.zip\META-INF\com\google\android

extract the below updater-script to that folder, close, then flash. I modified this one to NOT wipe/format /Data
