It looks like from OMJ's post, that if you want to "reinstall" any of the apps, they will be available?

Yea you just navigate to the folder the apks are in and just install them from there. Not sure if OMJ will include an explorer program but ES file explore from the market will get the job done..

When root does come out for all of us, will there be a way to do a nand backup of what we currently have before starting to flash the custom roms?

Yeah, nand will be in the custom recovery. I'm personally waiting for a full root to be finished. I got the temp root from the front page this AM but I'll gladly wait for a full root.

we still need s-off & custom recovery to flash roms


Here is the kitchen I've been using for over a yr now.....but if u use one of my roms as a base, all u need to do is extract the zip (I use 7zip), make your modifications, then zip & sign it.



these 1st roms are just stock for ppl to use, I'll be cooking a OMJ flavor soon that has my usual apps :)
