I make a copy of my Sprint ROM before I flash to the cook ROM. These are the same thing right? So my backup is better or this one here?

these are the stock sprint roms when they are shipped

hey omj do you know how to extrCT THE ROM IMAGE FROM THE LATEST RUU EXE?

yep....run the exe, wait for the ROM update utility to load....leave that window open.

if using win7, hit start, then %TEMP% in the search box. if using winxp, hit start, run, then %TEMP%.

once in the temp folder, search for *.zip, it will be named rom.zip, copy it to another location, then u can close the HTC rom update utility.
