I don't do clubs but i just got home from like 5 bars and it held up well. I pulled out my phone and some chick goes "damn your phones huge" lol. But the case did well. I would prefer the clip on the holster be about an inch over, but it worked just fine it seems lol.

Looks like the only way to get the case is through this website. It still isn't on the goballisticcase.com site.

The other thing I have already noticed is, while the built in screen protector is really nice, it's not nearly as durable as the gorilla glass on the real screen. I already have a small scratch on the screen cover, which is too bad. Other than that, I love the case.

how does it compare to the otter box built-in?

MY Otterbox is allowin dirt from my job to get in and scratch my phone housing even though I take it apart every night and clean it.

Is the ballistic case better at keeping dirt out?

nope! I gave up usin' it after about 10 days... dust (sawdust) gets in everywhere

even the camera holes fill up (on the outside) & they're hard to clean.

Then there's the built-in screen protector... it gives the screen a very hazy look. I was gonna remove it, but since I gave up using the case I decided to leave it intact in case I ever sell it?

The holster is very good in my opinion & the case seems to be very strong & would protect the phone with no worries. But didn't like the dust gettin' between the screen & screen protector

edit: I should mention I've never used a otterbox of any discription

Thanks for your reply. Guess I will just have to let my 3d go naked. Too bad it already has scratches from the Otterbox.

I prefer my Ballistic case over my Otterbox. It has done a FAR better job of keeping dirt etc. away from my phone than the Otterbox did. I wish I had bought two when they were 50% off just in case something something happens to the one i have now. The first time I dropped my Otterbox it broke, I've dropped my Ballistic case quite a few times and it's been fine. I do think that I will send my Otterbox in to be repaired so I can either sell it or give it to my wife (but she doesn't need a case that big).
