Duplicate Download folder

I've noticed ever since the Froyo update I have 2 "Download" folder, whenever I save an MMS I get 2 of them, one in each folder, can anyone tell me why this is happening? Is there a quick fix for this? Not sure what the side effect would be from deleting both and resaving but that will be my next option. It's starting to annoy me. Thanks.
