To all non-rooted users, you may want to hold off from updating your Droid Incredible just yet! The Froyo update appears to be hitting DI devices tomorrow. Coming packed full of all the Android 2.2 goodness you can expect including Flash 10.1, the “Dinc” will officially be caught up.

The biggest difference I have noticed so far is that I get a lot stronger wi-fi signal (wireless N) , and of course the speed. I didn't get any of the bugs people are complaining about ( did a hard re-set ). :headbang:

Forget what the rumors said over the weekend, the Droid Incredible Froyo update has not been put on hold and is still rolling out to devices right now.

Verizon is currently planning on having it on all DI’s by 9/3 (Friday) which seems a little ambitious, so don’t hold your breath on that date. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have to extend that out just a little and rightfully so.

Just received the OTA update this morning. Installed fine and lost none of my settings. I'm in MN.
