Sdk can take screenshots, I use shootme, but I'm rooted.

There are a few different HTC ones to choose from stock, but I don't like most of them. Beautiful widgets is pretty popular and has a lot of different skining options. Also if you want to get really creative, if you root you can modify the apk file of the stock clock and change the images to whatever you want them to be. Or also any of the themed stock clocks for the evo or desire should work if you check out those forums.
