Blends into current setup. Phone reset 4 times during update. All it does is improve business email (it is on vzw site - incredible update ).
System is alot different from WM. I did a hard reset last night and still had my calendar appointments and speed dial numbers intact. Seemed to just erase the apps. Anyway, the update won't hurt you.

Guess I mayas well just do it. Keeping the system up to date never hurts!!

but, updates can do more harm than good in many cases, including "bricking" the device it updates and or causing more problems than it was supposed to touch/fix.

JBH , Any reason for the hard reset, phone acting up, or was you just curious. I know i do thing out of curiosity sometimes. You know it killed the cat. What was the steps for HR

Nothing wrong with the phone whatsoever. Did it as part of the Android learning process. Coming from 10 years WM have to learn about Android now. The hard reset on the android does not erase as much info as a WM hard reset. I still had my calendar appts and everyone on my speed dial after the reset. It only erased the installed apps. This is how you do it.
