same here, never been able to pick it up. and in my area (so-cal) fedex has a habit of never delivering anything until the day its due. i have had packages arrive at the local facility 3 days in adavance. everyday they would put it on a vehicle claim its "out for delivery" and it would always return to their warehouse saying "not due for delivery"...all in all, i try to avoid using fedex....

I NEVER use fedex either , I always go UPS.

I ordered the HTC Imagio last Friday and shipped it back on Monday. The return was credited to my Verizon account, today, and I went online for the incredible: "Sales Confirmation Verizon Wireless, Order 520128xxx" Should (might?) arrive tomorrow.

Yeah , they said if you ordered before 3:30 or 4:00 today you will get overnight delivery, you'll have it tomorrow .

Accounts typically have a limit on how much they allow you to put on them, mine covered the new line cost.
