Contacts Follow-up with Outlook 2007

My wife uses the follow up feature with her contacts in Outlook, so she gets a task for each follow-up and corresponding remider on Outlook; however, this feature doesn't seem to sync on WM6 (Touch Diamond with Juicy 4.?? ROM).

Is there any way to get this Outlook feature to work?
