Suddenly won't turn on?

Okay, so this is very frustrating!

Last night I took my battery out of my phone without turning it off. I put it back in and didn't bother to turn it back on, so I just plugged it into the charger and went to bed.

This morning I woke up and now all it shows is the "security unlocked" screen. The one with the red, green, blue, and white stripes across it. I've hard resetted and it still stays here.

Any suggestions on how to get my phone back to normal?
