Phone wont get passed TOUCHdiamond screen

I cant get my phone into the boot loader as i am missing the volume keys and the ribbon cable for the keys as well is cut. See the picture/// any ideas on how to enter the boot loader or should i sell it on ebay? and what should the listing say?
