Newbie needs help

I just got a used Diamond (Sprint), after active in my online account I was asked to program the phone. But after I tapped ##123456# (actually not 123456 but the secondary code Sprint gave me), the phone has no response.

I did some research online and found out ##..# is some kind of super mode. So I tried ##778# too, but still no response.

Could anybody help me out? The phone runs a Juicy rom in flo 3d.
