can't find IOTA.exe on sprint diamond

hi, i'm indonesian and i'm using sprint touch diamond cdma.
i have connection problem,
i overwrite the HTC_CM_Guardian.exe file so i can remove the sprint connection. but everytime i set up connection for mobile-8 (indonesian operator) the password always resets to sprint's password, what i have to do?
i would like to change the rom, any suggestion which one is best suite for world wide user like me?
