unable to relock phone..

touchscreen isnt responsive so i hard reset and now i cant do the screen alighnment to load up windows and relock...when i do try to relock it says check usb connection blah blah

any other ways to relock?..im waiting for replacement and i will be sending this in..i doubt anything will happen but i want to try and relock anyway
