How exactly do i build my own rom from a kitchen..

ive tried 2 or 3 times but just cant build my own rom..can someone fill me in..

iive doneloaded calks and juices kitchens before but just couldnt figure it out..ive seen on 1 tutorial to click on a "Build my rom.exe" or osmethin like that but i cannot find it in the kitchens i downloaded
