Cricket htc diamond web issue

so after getting a new htc diamond, and flashing it with energyrom, i called cricket, got the phone working, and went to get on the web and keep getting a pcs error about the settings not being correct

so i googled an hours worth of fixes, including setting up the proxy to be wap.mycricket.com
i also setup the username and password, leaving the domain blank
username: (mycricket#)@mycricket.com
password: cricket

still....nothing
any ideas? i heard theres a cab file i need to get to move from sprints settings to crickets
