Does flash player come standard on the phones or is that an extra that has to be installed. When using Opera browser then trying to open up a program i.e. flash based chat it will not open. Are flash based chats even possible on a WM device and if so what do I need to install.

I am 99% sure it isnt installed standard however I havent run a stock rom in years. I would recommended skyfire it will run just about any web page without problem.

+1 on Skyfire Browser for videos, etc.
Has built in Flash Player.
Btw, Opera has a new beta build but no flash player. I use the new beta version as I like it much better than the previous version.
