You could try out 'GScroll 2.0'
From there website, "Game Mode Tired of not being able to repeatedly hit left/right on the d-pad? Turn on game mode and simply place your finger on the circular wheel to move left/right/up/down. Control the repeat delay to move faster or slower." http://www.mobilesrc.com/gscroll2.aspx |

after you install, I believe you have to start it by clicking on it in the start menu(should only have to do this once after each install). and certain apps won't work right away, you'll have to add them in the settings.(which there should be a settings app in the start menu too)

Gscroll dont seem to work that great on my Diamond, I wonder if its cause Im running 6.5 instead of 6.1?
Its mainly the launcher that dosent work well
