PLEASE Help! Problem after hard reset.

Hi all! Guys please help me. I have a HTC Diamond Sprint wich subscribed to Perfectum Mobile (Uzbekistan). Yesterday I made hard reset and now cannot make a call. I dialed ##786# and choose "Reset" from menu. After hard reset my phone number became 000000130 enstead of 011-5734200.
How can I programm my number to my diamond.
I called to my customer service and technic said that my phone locked and he cannot unlock this phone. He tried to programm my number to phone by entering with ##3282#. But phone required unlock code. My unlock code was 000000 but after hard reset this code not accepted. He said I should to go to main office. But main office 350 km far from. Anybody can help me?
