Stock BELL ROM, need to reflash, Format Int. Storage?

Does anyone know where i can get a stock BELL CANADA ROM? I am having a lot of issues lately and i have read that i should reflash my stock ROM and format the memory, but i can not find the stock ROM. I probably should have backed it up. Also, what is the best way to format internal storage? ... I just thought of something, my wife has an untouched Diamond, is there a way i could take the ROM off of hers and put it on mine?
