Flashing Phone from one carrier to another

Does anyone know if it is possible to flas either a Diamond or a Q9c from Sprint to verizon?

Thanks. Just figuring out how to do this rom thing and was wondering about flashing. Wife is talking about changing carriers.

Well it's tricky because most reps won't activate an out of carrier ESN. Your best bet is to find a nice independent dealer.
