Re: Problem when trying to answer a call

No, I have not triedthe Windows Dialer. Since soft resetting the other day, I have not had any repeat issues but I will download the cab you mentioned a few posts back and then download the 1.52 version if necessary. Much appreciated.

Welcome. Good Luck... maybe you're good with the soft reset. I soft reset every day just to stay neat and clean.

I will also disable the S2U2 Caller Id on version 1.62 as it probably conflicts with the stock caller id although I never had any issues with it enabled with S2U2 version 1.52. These issues are so intermittent and varied that a remedy is  to say the least :)S2U2 1.62 is so buggy right now that there are 100's of posts over at xda on the topic.

I had that issue before on my mogul and my diamond. ended up that it was an reg error from one of the config tool apps. I did that #777 reg edit, but i also had to do another reg edit along with the #777 edit. I have the cab for it still if you wanna give it a shot, if it dont help ya you can just uninstall it, so here ya go...

Re: Problem when trying to answer a call

Thank you. As of now, I disabled the S2U2 Caller ID function and there is no conflict as of yet regarding the double caller id and not being able to pick up incoming calls. I have not downloaded the 2 cabs in this thread yet as I will take a wait and see approach as I will be able to get a more accurate trouble shoot to the issues I have experienced.

Re: Problem when trying to answer a call

another sumthing that might help u all is to check yor slot cycle and access overload settings.. Not sure if thats already been done on the devices with these issues? But, I do know from personal expirience that I had changed mine , along with the other 2 tweaks discussed in this thread. I had my slot set at like 2, bumped it down to 0. Access overload was at 4, bumped it to 1 or 2. For anyone who doesnt already know, you need your MSL number to access these settings via the ##778# settings (sprint). To get your MSL you can use a program like "Baf MSL Grabber", if you cant find it in any threads here, then try to google it. On my first diamond, I actually called sprint intending to sweet talk the cust. service agent into giving it to me, it worked! LUCKLY IT WAS A WOMAN!! (awkward??..) So you can always try to get it that way too...

EDIT : OOPS! I SWT TLKED HER INTO GIVING ME MY MSL #... BUT OF COARSE...
