Lights that flash when call is received?

Hello, I noticed today that only the talk and center round button flashes when there is a call. I could swear that all 4 navigation and the round button is suppose to flash when a call comes in. Can someone please verify this for me? Thank you so much.

On an incoming call, the screen lights up and the Hang up key lights up and stays solid. The Answer key and round middle circle both link rapidly. Hope that answers your question
